Creative Problem-Solving has become a central theme of organizations in the private and public sector. Problems appear everywhere. A diverse workplace simply adds a few complications. Life becomes easier if we confront our work problems and diversity challenges with a little creativity. In a safe and fun atmosphere, we’ll suggest simple steps toward enhancing our creativity. We’ll look at some blocks to creativity and examine a few new skills to make ourselves more valuable at home and work.
